Full-Service Kitchen Renovations in Cape Town
We manage your kitchen renovation from start to finish. You won’t need to call a plumber, an electrician, or a carpenter; we’ve got them all on our team.
Custom Kitchen Layout & Design
We help you plan a kitchen that fits your space and lifestyle. Whether it’s open-plan, L-shaped, U-shaped, or galley style, we’ll guide you through smart layouts, storage planning, and appliance placement that work for you.
Cabinetry & Joinery
Our carpenters build strong, neat kitchen cupboards with smooth finishes. We offer soft-close doors, deep drawers, pull-out shelves, and built-in pantries. You choose the look: modern, classic, or minimalist, and we custom-build to match.
Countertops & Backsplashes
We install quality countertops that stand up to heat, spills, and everyday use. Choose from granite, quartz, marble, or solid wood. Our backsplash tiling options include subway, mosaic, or large-format tiles for a clean, stylish finish.
Plumbing & Appliance Fitting
We connect all your water and drainage points the right way, no leaks, no mess. We fit dishwashers, sinks, mixers, and water filters. Need a plumbing point moved? We handle that too.
Electrical & Lighting
We install safe, neat wiring for all your kitchen needs. From appliance points to pendant lights, task lighting, and under-cabinet LEDs, we brighten up your kitchen and make it easy to work in.
Floor & Wall Tiling
We lay durable, level tiles that last. Ceramic, porcelain, or wood-look tiles, your choice. We also do feature walls and easy-to-clean splashbacks with sealed grout that stays fresh.
What a Kitchen Renovation Costs in Cape Town
What a kitchen costs comes down to how much moves. Keeping the existing layout and plumbing points keeps a project at the lower end; moving water or electrical points, or opening the room up, moves it higher. As a planning guide:
Kitchen refresh
R30,000 – R80,000
New cupboard fronts or a full replacement set of units, countertop, splashback, and a tidy-up of the existing plumbing and electrical points. Layout stays where it is.
Full kitchen renovation
R90,000 – R120,000
Stripped back properly. New cabinetry throughout, new countertops, new tiling, plumbing and electrical brought up to standard, lighting reworked, and the room repainted.
Layout changes & premium finishes
Up to around R150,000
Opening a kitchen into the living area, relocating plumbing or the cooking point, or specifying stone tops and premium appliances. Quoted after the free site visit.
Most Cape Town kitchens land somewhere between R50,000 and R150,000 once everything is counted — the tiers above show where in that range your project is likely to sit, and why.

Kitchen Renovation FAQs
How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Cape Town?
It depends on the size, layout, and materials. Most kitchens range from R50,000–R150,000. We’ll give you a clear quote upfront. See real Cape Town price ranges by project type.
Can you install appliances and lighting too?
Yes, we do full electrical and plumbing work, plus appliance fitting and lighting installation.
How long will my kitchen renovation take?
Most kitchens take 4–15 working days, depending on complexity. See realistic timelines by project type.
Do you help with design choices?
Yes, we help you choose layout, colours, countertops, tiles, and more, so your kitchen feels right for you.
What is a realistic budget for a new kitchen?
That depends on what changes and what stays. Keeping the existing layout and plumbing points, with standard cabinetry and countertops, keeps a project closer to the lower end of our typical range. Moving water or electrical points, full custom cabinetry, premium countertop materials, or extending the layout all push it toward the higher end. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s driving your number on the free site visit, before you commit to anything. Read our full guide to building a realistic renovation budget.
